Jamaica College ease past Bridgeport

GOALS FROM Raffic Bryan, Malique Foster, Stefan Logan paced many-time champions Jamaica College to a 3-1 win over Bridgeport High in their Manning Cup match at Hope road today.

In a game which was dominated by Jamaica College (JC) for the most part, Bridgeport wasn’t ruled out has they showed their impressively skills. However the day belonged to National uder 17 captian Junior Flemmings of the Hope road based-school Jamaica College, who made several Counter attacts on the Bridgeport custodians.

After Raffic Bryan and Malique Foster scored for JC, Bridgeport turned on the pressure after they created several serious assaults on the Miguel Coley-coached team JC. Nevertheless the goalkeeper again came in with some brilliant saves.

Flemmings displayed tremendous skill as he single-handedly opened up Bridgeport’s defence to assist Substitute Stefan Logan in the 71st minute to score JC’s 3rd.

Bridgeport consolation goal came in the 63rd minute when Javon Swire score a stunner.
